Product description & details
Gratiola viscidula, also known as sticky herb, originally comes from North America and is still a rarity in aquarium keeping. In the aquarium it forms dense and light green pads that are perfect for the middle or foreground. Its small, elongated and pointed leaves are somewhat reminiscent of spines, making Gratiola viscidula an interesting contrast to other plants.
The sticky herb should be cut back regularly to promote dense and bushy growth. It also needs a bright location in the tank. This plant is relatively easy to care for and does not necessarily require additional CO2 addition. However, if it is provided with sufficient light and nutrients, it becomes particularly attractive.
