With GlasGarten Mineral Woody Cubes, you can provide your aquarium animals with minerals over an extended period. The Mineral Woody Cubes contain not only essential minerals but also wood fibers. Wood fibers are particularly beneficial for shrimp and snails, serving as important dietary fiber that aids in digestion. This is why shrimp and snails are often found on driftwood in aquariums.

The minerals in the Mineral Woody Cubes are gradually released into the water, helping to improve the microbiology in the filter and substrate. Minerals are essential for successful molting in shrimp, crayfish, and crabs, as well as for preventing shell erosion in snails. Snails also use these minerals to repair any existing shell damage.

The Mineral Woody Cubes do not affect water quality and can remain in the aquarium until they are fully consumed or dissolved.

Minerals have a direct impact on the GH (general hardness) and conductivity of the aquarium water, so using the Mineral Woody Cubes can slightly increase GH and conductivity, which is intended and harmless when used as recommended.

One Mineral Woody Cube for approximately 15-30 liters of aquarium water.
