Premium Nutrition

Tropica Premium Nutrition contains neither nitrogen nor phosphorus and is suitable for aquariums with few or slow-growing plants and a high number of animals. The fertilizer can be dosed easily and precisely with the included pump. It contains iron, manganese and important micronutrients for healthy and colorful plants.

Application

Premium Nutrition is added every week in conjunction with water changes. The individual dosage of the pump dispenser is 2 ml. We recommend 6 ml (pump 3 times) to 50 l of water, but advise taking the plants’ needs into account. Yellowish leaves, for example, are usually a sign of nutrient deficiency. The leaves of these plants become green and strong again with regular addition of Premium Nutrition. However, the manufacturer points out that Premium Nutrition is not a fertilizer or medicine for dying plants.

It is recommended to change at least 25% of the water in the aquarium every other week. If undesirable algae growth occurs, a larger water exchange (up to 50% per week) and planting with additional fast-growing aquatic plants such as Hygrophila, Vallisneria and Egeria are recommended.
