Dwarf shrimp of the genus Neocaridina are among the perfect beginner shrimp.
You can successfully care for and multiply them in almost any tap water, hard or soft.
If it gets colder in winter or a little warmer in summer at times, the animals have no problem with it.
It is only important to get used to new water conditions slowly, because too sudden changes should also be avoided with Neocaridina shrimp.
Our changing water has GH:12, KH:8 and about 450 μs.
